7. Governing Law

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is deemed material, we will endeavor to provide at least 30 days' prior notice before any new terms take effect. What constitutes a "material change" will be determined at our sole discretion.
